Dream
One of my dreams is to expand the knowledge and discipline of Service Design.
Service Design refines back stage processes for service providers making them more efficient.  It also defines pathways for the user in both physical and digital spaces of the front stage to make them more experiential.

Education
I completed my course load at in the School of Design Strategies at Parsons The New School for Design. I focused on Service Design in the BFA Integrated Design program which allowed me to take classes in the BBA Design+Management program as well. This mix allowed me to blend business management, brand strategy, marketing, and design thinking.

Experience

Campaigns from work include Johnnie Walker, Unilever, Xbox, the Otto Group as clients for marketing, communications, and brand management.

Collaborations though BBA, MBA and BFA courses include partners such as NYC Department of Health, Haviland, Memorial Sloan Kettering.
focusing on issues such as healthcare, hospitality and education.
