My landlord has this apartment available for immediate move in, he’s really kind to his tenants and helps them get settled. I’ve lived in this building for 3 months and really like the life so I just resigned.

It’s a good location with expats and local Chinese. The landlord is Chinese but speaks perfect English as he lived in the US for uni and work. The landlord keeps his apartments in good condition and lives in the same building. I’m not a broker but am just helping my landlord out. This apartment will probably be taken within a week.
